SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and priority shipping at an additional cost if you need it fast.

RETURNS

We want you to love your suit. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
A $9.95 return shipping fee applies to all refunds. This is charged once per return request, not per item. Exchanges remain completely free.


RETURN OPTIONS

  • Refund - $9.95 return shipping fee deducted from your refund. Issued to your original payment method.
  • Exchange - 100% free. Select a new colour during the return process.
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Return must be requested within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Items must be postmarked within the same 14-day window.
  • Swimsuit must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and free of perfumes or odors.
  • Hygiene liner must be intact and attached.
  • All original tags and accessories must be included.
  • Your return must include your RMA number (issued via email once your return is submitted).
  • Items marked Final Sale (including items discounted 40% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International orders are not eligible for return (excluding Australia, UK and Europe).

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded and may be returned to you at your expense.


HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

  • Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/65057783999/account
  • Enter your email address and click Continue
  • Copy the six-digit verification code from the email we send you
  • Enter the code and select the order you want to return
  • Select the item/s, choose your return reason and submit
  • You will receive a confirmation email with next steps

PROCESSING TIME

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of your return arriving at our facility. You will receive an email confirmation once processed. Once issued, refunds may take a further 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Exchanges are issued upon drop-off with your mail carrier.
