We offer standard shipping 3-7 business days and priority shipping for an additional cost if you need your products quick time!

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within a 14 day period provided the following requirements are met.

Please note: We charge a small return fee for refunds to help cover the costs of processing, shipping, and restocking returned items. This allows us to continue offering high-quality service, fast shipping and free exchanges - while keeping our prices fair for everyone.

  • Return for refund fee of $9.75 applies per return request (RMA). Not per item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

*Please note, refunds will only be granted if the swimsuit still contains it's hygiene sticker, and hasn't been worn other than to try it on, and in resale condition. We do not initial refund shipping costs however return labels are issued free.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Please visit our return portal following the instructions below within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must also be postmarked within the same 14-day window to qualify.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free of perfumes or odors.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and hygienic liners attached.
  • All items must be returned with ALL accessories  that were originally included with the item that is being returned.
  • Your return package MUST include the RMA number which will be issued to you via email once your return is submitted. This helps us correlate your return with your order and ensure a return of your funds.
  • Any items marked “Final Sale” (including items discounted by 40% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International orders are not eligible for return (excluding Australia, UK and Europe - please log your returns normally)

RETURN OPTIONS AND FEES

  • Refund -  $9.75: return fee deducted from your refund. Refunds issued to your original payment method.
  • Exchange - 100% free: no fees at all! Select a new color during the return process.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will not be refunded when your return is processed. Items that do not meet the above requirements may be returned to you at an additional cost.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after your return arrives at our facility, allowing our team time to inspect the item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Please note: We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our warehouse, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you're concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact us at hello@marisandsol.com

  • Once issued, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Exchanges are issued upon dropping off your package with the mail carrier.

Important to Know:

  • Items that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded and will be shipped back at your expense.
  • Your return package MUST include the RMA number which will be issued to you via email once your return is submitted. This helps us correlate your return with your order and ensure a return of your funds.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their return is postmarked within the 14-day return window.
  • Maris & Sol reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns at any time due to irregular or excessive return patterns.

How To Submit A Return Request

1. Log in to your account by clicking this link: https://shopify.com/65057783999/account 

2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

8. Click "Submit request"

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
