Final Sale — please read before you order

Any item discounted 20% or more is Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, so please choose your colour and style carefully before checking out.

Items discounted by less than 20% are not Final Sale — our standard 14-day return policy still applies to those. If you're not sure whether something is Final Sale, email us before you order and we'll confirm.

Price Adjustments

Sale prices are valid only during the active promotional period. We're unable to apply sale pricing to orders placed before a promotion begins or after it ends, and we don't offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined with sale pricing. Sale items are already reduced, so codes won't stack on top of promotional prices at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because Final Sale items (20% or more off) can't be returned or exchanged, our 14-day Perfect Fit Guarantee doesn't apply to them.

For anything reduced by less than 20%, the usual rules apply: return within 14 days of delivery for a refund with a $9.95 return shipping fee deducted, or exchange for another colour completely free. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the hygiene liner and all tags intact.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We hold stock in local warehouses in the US, the UK and Australia, so your order is sent from the warehouse closest to you. US orders ship domestically within the US, Australian orders from within Australia, and UK and European orders from our UK warehouse.

Standard delivery is 3–7 business days, with priority shipping available at checkout if you need it faster. During sale periods please allow a little extra time for fulfillment. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
